Every regular gym-goer loathes this time of year. Why? With the beginning of a new year comes the beginning of wishful thinkers. I am talking about gym newbies. None of us have a problem with anyone trying to better themselves or improve their health, but a gym newbie almost always commits at least one cardinal syn of the iron dojo.
